The application provides simple and reliable integration of IP-PBX Yeastar S series with any Bitrix24 Сloud or On-Premise version. The application even works with Bitrix24 free version for 12 users.

The application implements the connection between the Yeastar IP-PBX and the CRM Bitrix24, and also converts audio recording files from .wav format on Yeastar IP-PBX into .mp3 format (Bitrix24 accepts recordings of conversations only in .mp3 format).
This implementation allows you to remove a significant load from the IP-PBX processor, thus enabling Bitrix24 to be integrated even on the earliest IP-PBX Yeastar model S20.
Important! Voice SIP traffic goes nowhere beyond your PBX. Your PBX is also responsible for routing calls. In Bitrix24 the following items are sent: REST API request for raising the call card, phone number and recording the conversation.
Two integration versions are working on the basis of this application: via AMI (outdated integration option supported by Yeastar S20) and via API (new more stable integration option, supported by Yeastar S50, S100 and S300).
Upd ated module works via API interface, which allowed:
- To increase significantly the reliability and failure-free operation of integration
- To use smart routing functionality
- To use CallTracking Bitrix24 functionality
- To reduce the time for outgoing calls with the help of handset auto pick-up
- To give an opportunity to manage the parameters of creating leads on new numbers
