The app allows you to automatically dial customers' phone numbers using a precompiled base.

Features

With the Predictive Dialer app you can:

  • maintain a steady and proportionate load on operators: you can set how often the system should address the dialing database to get the list of numbers, and how many numbers should be dialed simultaneously;
  • start/stop dialing;
  • track the dialing progress.

Requirements

  • Bitrix24: Cloud (all plans) or Self-Hosted with active license;
  • Asterisk up from 13 version.

How it works

For the app to work correctly, you should do the following:

  1. shape the calling base via .csv file (max 100 000 numbers for a dialing round);
  2. set preferred conditions (dialing interval and lines quantity);
  3. launch the dialing round.

If the client picks up, the system sends him to the operators’ queue. If all operators are busy, the script automatically puts itself on hold and gets back to calling in a set interval of time. If a client is busy or unreachable, his number is registered as an unanswered call, and the script moves to the next one. After reaching the last number in the base, the script stops its work.

App for automatic calling through a customer database

We perform our module support in Open lines chat. You can reach us via:

  1. The chat right in your Bitrix24 (the link opens a chatbox in your Bitrix24).
  2. The chat at our site informunity.us (the icon in the right bottom corner opens a chatbox). After the start of the dialog enter your email so that you could receive a notification about our reply and the communication history even after you close tab with the chat in your browser.

The first way is the most convenient one: you will always find our reply and the communication history in your Bitrix24 messenger. But for the link to work in a self-hosted version of Bitrix24, you must have all necessary modules installed and the portal must have connection with the outer world. If the first option does not work for one reason or another, please proceed with the second one.

2. Create an AMI user. Set full rights for reading and recording.

3. Insert the following in the App's settings tab:

  • Asterisk address;
  • AMI port;
  • AMI user login;
  • AMI user password.
