How IQdesk works
All messages coming to a dedicated email address set as a technical support inbox are converted into technical support requests (Tickets). The created Ticket is processed
IQdesk consists of following objects:
Service email inbox - it is used to receive service requests fr om your customers
Deal - each email is converted into a service request based on the Deal from the Bitrix24 system
Task - each service request requires a related Bitrix24 task in order to manage in comprehensively
Responsible person - each registered notification/request is assigned to the operator who delegates it to the specific person. If you need to automate the distribution of tickets between consultants, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org.
Before starting the installation of IQdesk you need to do:
Create a pipeline in the CRM called a service pipeline directly in Bitrix24, wh ere all your service requests will be stored. Then, in the service pipeline, you need to create stages through which the Tickets will be processed and completed.
At the first stage of the service funnel, configure the automation that creates the task related to the request
Create a user account in Bitrix24, which will be the operator of service requests (if you already have such a user, just indicate him in the installation process in the appropriate field)

IQdesk is available in Polish and English version. You can select the preferred language during the application instalation.
After IQdesk is installed 15-day trial is activated. When your 15-day trial is finished, you can select the most suitable plan for you.
