The application allows you to send messages to customers on WhatsApp from Leads, Deals, Contacts or Companies cards. You can write to clients first. When sending a message, a dialogue with the client opens in the desktop or web version of the WhatsApp application (official application for Windows or MacOS or web version).

In the application settings, you can prepare message templates and add variables (field codes) to them so that they are filled in messages automatically from CRM entities.

When sending a message from Bitrix24, the official WhatApp desktop application or the WhatApp web version opens and the text of the message from Bitrix24 is inserted into the dialogue with clients.
