Opis
CloudWhats connects your Bitrix24 account to an authorized WhatsApp Business number in CloudWhats.

Use the integration to:
- send WhatsApp messages from CRM automation rules and workflows;
- use approved WhatsApp message templates when the 24-hour customer service window is closed;
- sel ect the authorized WhatsApp number used by Bitrix24;
- monitor supported message delivery events;
- register supported customer replies and message events in the CRM timeline;
- test and diagnose the connection fr om the CloudWhats account page.
Requirements, costs, and limitations:
- the Bitrix24 Market application has no separate installation fee;
- an active paid CloudWhats subscription and an authorized WhatsApp credential are required;
- current CloudWhats prices and included plan limits are published at https://cloudwhats.app.br/bitrix24/pricing;
- Meta may charge the customer separately for WhatsApp messaging;
- available CRM automation depends on the customer's Bitrix24 plan;
- WhatsApp conversation-window, template, opt-in, content, quality, and messaging-rate rules apply;
- a Bitrix24 administrator must install the application and complete the secure account-linking process.
