Payment Hub

TLJ Payment Hub is a payment management application integrated directly into the Bitrix24 Smart Invoice module. It lets you generate payment links through three different gateways — MercadoPago, Stripe, and Asaas — without leaving your CRM, and automatically processes payment confirmations to move the Invoice to the Won stage and log a comment on the timeline.

Where the application appears

The Hub is displayed as a side panel inside any Bitrix24 Invoice (Smart Invoice). After installation, open any Invoice and the Hub panel will appear automatically on the right side. No additional configuration is needed to activate it — it becomes available immediately after installation and permission authorization.

Available Gateways

MercadoPago — free Pix, Bank Slip (Boleto), Credit Card (single or installments), and Subscriptions. Ideal for Brazilian businesses already using MercadoPago. Configure with your production Access Token and the integration is ready to go.

Stripe — monthly subscription required Domestic and international payments via Stripe hosted checkout. Supports one-time payment links or recurring subscriptions (monthly, semi-annual, or annual). Accepts all major international credit and debit cards.

Asaas — monthly subscription required Pix, Bank Slip, and Credit Card for Brazilian businesses. Supports due dates and installments. 100% Brazilian platform with a robust, Central Bank-certified API.

Free trial period

After installation, all gateways — including paid ones (Stripe and Asaas) — are available free of charge for 7 days for a full evaluation. The trial starts automatically and requires no credit card.

How it works — step by step

1. After installing, open any Invoice in Bitrix24 — the Hub panel appears automatically
   
2. Click Configure on your desired gateway and enter your API key
   
3. To receive automatic confirmation: go to Applications Outbound webhooks, create a webhook with CRM and CRM Timeline permissions, and paste the URL shown in the Hub's gateway configuration
   
4. Optional: in Invoice Automations, add the action [MP/Stripe/Asaas] Create payment link to generate charges automatically
   
5. When payment is received, the Invoice moves to Won and a comment is logged — fully automatic
   
6. To change the app language, click the selector in the bottom left corner of the panel.
