SMS by CBN connects Bitrix24 with the leading SMS providers in Türkiye. Use your existing SMS contract – connect one or several accounts from Netgsm, Verimor, Mutlucell, İleti Merkezi or Kobikom and send SMS from CRM cards, automation rules and bulk campaigns.

- Multiple providers and accounts. Each connected account becomes an SMS provider in Bitrix24 (“SMS by CBN – Provider – Sender ID”) and can be used in CRM cards, automation rules and workflows.
- Automatic sender IDs and balance. Approved sender IDs and remaining credit are read from the provider; a low balance warning is shown in the app.
- Bulk SMS from CRM. Filter contacts, companies or deals by type, source, responsible person, stage or date, tick the recipients you want and send personalised messages with name and company variables.
- Saved lists. Save selected recipients or filters as lists and reuse them for later campaigns.
- Delivery reports. Delivered / not delivered statuses are collected from the provider and written back to Bitrix24; campaign messages can be logged to each recipient's CRM timeline.
- Statistics. Daily volume, delivery rate, per-account and per-source breakdowns.
- Permissions. Decide per employee or department who can see, use or manage each SMS account, send bulk SMS, edit lists, view statistics or add accounts.
- İYS support. Send commercial messages with İYS consent filtering for individual or merchant recipients.
- Secure. Provider credentials are encrypted, each account's data is isolated and data is deleted after uninstallation.
