Opis
Keep property sales conversations connected to your CRM. EMCsim is built for real estate agencies and sales teams whose employees use Android phones and SIM cards to call buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.
Your team makes calls through its mobile operator while Bitrix24 keeps the call history, responsible person, outcomes and available recordings alongside the customer record.
From a CRM enquiry to a call
Start a call request from a supported Bitrix24 CRM item. The assigned employee receives an offer on the connected Android phone. After the employee accepts it, the phone places the call through its SIM card.
Distribute enquiries across a team using broadcast or round-robin routing, working hours and fallback rules. Website callback forms, API requests and CRM automation robots can also feed your configured call queues.
Keep the conversation in context
Review incoming and outgoing call activity, call duration and outcomes in the workspace. When a compatible phone or recorder supplies a recording file, EMCsim matches and uploads it to the relevant call in Bitrix24. Recording availability depends on the device, Android version, recorder and permissions.
Manage the team from one workspace
Administrators connect phones, assign Bitrix24 employees and check device permissions and push readiness. Managers can review call activity and recording coverage. Recording download permissions and retention settings help control access to files.
Get started
An administrator installs the Bitrix24 app, downloads EMCsim on each Android phone, pairs it with the workspace and assigns an employee. Configure routing and payment details, then make a test call using a number you control.
EMCsim requires Android 8.0 or later, an active SIM/mobile plan and internet access for notifications and CRM synchronisation. One connected Android device uses one paid license. Mobile operator charges and Bitrix24 plan are separate.
AI features are planned and are not included in this version. The current release focuses on SIM calling, CRM workflows, device management and recording uploads.

Pricing
EMCsim costs USD 0.07 per hour for each connected Android device. A license is billed for the time the device remains connected to the workspace, including idle or offline time. Billing is based on device connection time rather than call duration. Two connected phones require two licenses, even when assigned to the same employee.
Remove the device connection to stop its license. Manage payment methods and invoices in the Billing section. A seven-day payment grace period is available before access is paused for unresolved payment; it is not a free trial, and license charges still apply. Billing remains accessible to administrators so payment can be resolved.
Bitrix24 subscription fees, SIM/mobile operator charges and any customer-selected third-party services are separate.
Technical requirements
A supported account with the required integration permissions, Android 8.0 or later, an active SIM/mobile plan and internet access are required. Allow the phone permissions and background operation requested by the Android app. Battery restrictions or unstable connectivity can delay call offers and synchronisation.
The Android app is distributed as an APK. Android may require permission to install apps from your browser or file manager. iOS devices are not supported.
Recordings and current limitations
EMCsim uploads recording files produced by a compatible phone or recorder; recording is not available on every device. Your organisation is responsible for complying with applicable recording rules and providing any required notices or obtaining consent.
AI transcription, AI summaries and AI call analysis are not included in this release. EMCsim is not an emergency-calling service.
