How it works

Install the app from Bitrix24.Market, sign in with your registered Redsys account, and enter your Redsys credentials: commercial key, terminal number, and trade number. The app can be installed only by a Bitrix24 administrator or the app developer. You can use test authorization keys in Test mode, and you need to disable the integration first before switching settings to process real payments with live keys. The app automatically creates 4 payment types: CRM company, CRM contact, Company order, and Contact person’s order. You can also select or deselect specific payment subtypes on the Payment methods page.
