MS Teams Interface connects Microsoft Teams directly to your Bitrix24 CRM, so meetings can be scheduled without leaving a Lead, Deal, Contact, or Company card.
When a user creates a "MS Teams Meeting" activity, the app schedules a real Microsoft Teams meeting via Microsoft Graph, attaches the join link to the CRM activity, and invites the selected Bitrix24 users and CRM contacts automatically — no manual copy-pasting of links or switching between apps.
Key capabilities:
- Schedule, edit, and cancel Teams meetings directly fr om CRM activities
- Automatically resolve and invite internal Bitrix24 users and CRM contacts as meeting attendees
- Configurable working hours to limit available meeting time slots
- Support for multiple Microsoft Azure AD app registrations (key pairs), so different teams or departments can authenticate independently
- Each Bitrix24 user authorizes their own Microsoft 365 account, ensuring meetings are created under the correct organizer
