Opis
Trello to Bitrix24 Migration moves your boards into Bitrix24 as ready-to-use task projects — without rebuilding them by hand.
For teams moving fr om Trello to Bitrix24, this app removes the manual work of recreating everything from scratch. It transfers your existing boards into Bitrix24 so projects, tasks, and their history are ready to work with right away, instead of being copied over card by card.
Why businesses use it
Recreating project work between two tools by hand is slow and error-prone — cards get retyped, due dates and assignees get lost, and comments and checklists rarely survive the move. The app handles the whole transfer in one pass, so nothing has to be rebuilt manually and the team can keep working in Bitrix24 without a gap.
Business value
Faster migration — entire boards move in a single run instead of being rebuilt one card at a time
Less manual re-entry — tasks, comments, checklists, and attachments come across without retyping
Cleaner handover — Trello members are matched to Bitrix24 users by email, so ownership stays intact
Clear control — a live progress view and a downloadable error report show exactly what migrated and what didn't
Common use cases
Migrating Trello boards to Bitrix24 when a team standardizes on one platform
Moving selected boards into new Bitrix24 projects created automatically from each board
Mapping Trello lists onto stages of an existing Bitrix24 project
Bringing archived Trello cards across as completed Bitrix24 tasks
Keeping each card's comments, checklists, and attachments tied to the right task after the move
How it works
Install the app from the Bitrix24 Market; you need Bitrix24 administrator access and a Trello account with access to the boards you want to move. The app reads your boards and recreates them in Bitrix24 — boards become projects, lists become stages, and cards become tasks — and never changes or deletes anything in Trello. Attachments up to 66 MB are copied into Bitrix24, while files stored directly inside Trello (which cannot be fetched programmatically) are saved as links back to Trello instead. Files exceeding 66 MB are skipped and listed in the error report. A migration can be paused and resumed, but re-running one requires first removing the data it created and reinstalling the app — otherwise duplicate projects and tasks are created.
FAQ
Some images still appear inside my migrated cards — does that mean they were transferred?
Possibly not. Files stored directly in Trello can't be pulled into Bitrix24, so they're kept as links back to Trello. They may still show in your cards only because your browser is still signed in to Trello; the files themselves remain in Trello, not Bitrix24.
Will this change or delete anything in my Trello boards?
No. The app only reads from Trello — your boards, details, and files stay exactly as they are.
What happens if I run the migration a second time?
You'll get duplicates. After a migration finishes, its internal tracking data is deleted, so re-running it creates duplicate projects and tasks. To start over, remove the previously created data and reinstall the app first.
Some Trello members aren't in our Bitrix24 — wh ere do their cards go?
Their cards are assigned to the account administrator, and their comments keep the original Trello author's name. Members that do exist are matched to Bitrix24 users automatically by email.
What if some items fail to migrate?
You get a downloadable CSV report listing each failed object, its type, and the reason, so you can review and fix only what didn't come across.
