wFirma Integration helps sales and finance teams keep customer data aligned while creating invoices in Wfirma. It is built for businesses that manage communication in Bitrix24 but invoice in Wfirma. This reduces manual updates and keeps CRM records consistent.

How it works

Install the app from Bitrix24.Market, authorize your Wfirma account, and se t billing and shipping address types (they must be different), company detail templates, a default responsible user, and whether to  import only customer companies. Start the first synchronization; the app imports companies and shows progress, then enables two‑way sync. Create invoices in Wfirma from company or deal menus; invoices are  added to timelines as activities and can be opened via links. Invoice status triggers (Unpaid, Paid, Deleted) can update deal status. If synchronization is switched off, updates will not transfer until you  log in again and the initial sync is complete.
The app does not delete data in Wfirma and does not send Bitrix24‑created invoices to Wfirma.

FAQ

 We need to stop syncing temporarily. What does “Synchronization is switched off” mean?

 It means updates are not exchanged; log in again and complete the initial sync to restore it.

 We deleted a company in Bitrix24 but it still exists in Wfirma. Is that expected?

 Yes. The app does not delete data in Wfirma when you delete it in Bitrix24.

 We see duplicate companies after the first import. What should we do?

 Duplicates can occur because import does not check for them; rename Bitrix24 companies before import and clean up duplicates after migration.
